post-Hootenanny

Okay, so the reindeer got a little out of hand. We all had some fun giving books away and bringing you some season’s greetings, but maybe we got a little crazy with the egg nog. We’re taking a little break and come Monday, we should be back in the saddle. Or sleigh. Or whatever. Thanks again for participating, and many, many thanks to all the authors who donated books.

Dang it, Donner, get back in here! No, you are NOT leaving Rudolph and Dasher in that kitchen without help! What do you mean you’re just following the elves? What? OH, for…

‘scuse me.

Happy holidays to everyone!

  1. Well, I tried 10 out of the 12 days and not once did I win! Oh well, guess the others needed those books more than I did. I want to wish all the very cool authors of Women and Words a fabulous Holiday with all their dreams and wishes coming true thru the Holidays and into the New Year.

I also wanted to thank all the authors who donated their work and made all this possible! I’d also like to wish everyone else a Happy Holidays and the hope that this will be their best year yet! I also hope that one and all, even those who won twice, : ) have all of their hopes, dreams and wishes be granted to them and they spend their time with those that mean the most to them and remember to always tell those they love how much they mean to them because you never know when you won’t have another chance!

Thank You All Again For Giving Me Something To Smile About Each Day! Happy Hootenanny and thanks so much for giving me a new holiday to add to my calendar! I can’t wait ’til next year!

    very big hugs to all,

  2. I didn’t win but had a great time learning about new books and authors out there. Got gift cards and a Kindle for Christmas, so I’m good to go buy what I didn’t win ; )

    Thanks again to everyone!

  3. A huge thank you to Andi and all the authors who participated and also all the darned competit–err, lovely other contestants. 😉

This was an immensely fun 12 days for me and surely for many other people. I was lucky enough to win Chris Paynter’s Playing for First which she sent right off and which I have next to me right now, signed AND with Come Back to Me and extra goodies Chris was generous enough to add and I can’t wait until I get the time to read them.

    Happy Holidays, everyone!
