Welcome Sandra Moran!

Hold on to your socks, folks. We have an announcement to make. Author Sandra Moran is joining the lineup at Women and Words. Yeah, we’re totally stoked about that. She’ll blog once a month on the second Tuesday of the month. For those of you who are keeping track, that means she’ll be here for the first time in just a few days. February 10th will be her virgin voyage at Women and Words.

If you don’t know who Sandra is (I don’t know how that’s possible, but just in case…), here’s some info and a handy-dandy link to her website.

Sandra Moran is an author and assistant adjunct professor of anthropology at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas.

A native Kansan, she has worked professionally as a newspaper journalist, a political speech writer, and an archaeological tour manager. In her novels, she strives to create flawed characters struggling to find themselves within the cultural constructs of gender, religion and sexuality.

She is the author of “Letters Never Sent” and “Nudge,” and “The Addendum.” Her next novel, “All That We Lack” is scheduled for release in Spring 2015.

Be sure to welcome Sandra to the family and make her feel welcome.

  1. Well, as a reader and fan, I’ll say she may think she’s harmless, but she’s far better than that! And her books can be quite addictive! I’ve not only read all of them, but re-read them as well, typically slowly and thoughtfully (since I tend to devour them when they first come out!) Welcome to W&W’s, Sandra, we hope you love it here!
