Happy Thursday, everyone. (I’m going to ignore any jokes about the title of this post. It’s a real saying, after all.)
As this post goes live, I will be in transit to Seattle for the Gay Romance Northwest Meet-Up. It’s going to be a fun and informative gathering of some great LGBT romance writers around.
Friday night, there will be reading at Hugo House. First up will be Love Wins, a reading of some romance stories. Then it will be 5 Minutes in Heaven, which will consist of readings that are more on the sensual/erotic side. Both Andi Marquette and I will be reading during that segment.
On Saturday, the day will be filled with panels. I will be participating on a panel called “Changing Dynamics of Lesbian Romance.” The other panelists will be Jill Malone, Andi Marquette, and Kate McLachlan, and it’s going to be moderated by our very own Jove Belle. Jove, by the way, will also be on a panel called “Real-World Research for Your Contemporary Romance.”
The evening promises an after party, and an after-after party. It will be nice to get to know my fellow writers more, as well as meet new ones.
If you want more information on the event/panels, go HERE.
Until next week, my friends, be well.
