Congratulations to Claudia and judym22! They both won a copy of All I Want for Spring!
Check it out! Author Clare Lydon joins us today! She has a cool writing project where she takes us through a year in the relationship of Tori & Holly.
And, because she’s super cool, she’s giving away two copies of the next installment in the series, All I Want for Spring. Want to get in on that? Drop a comment below and tell Clare what you want for Spring. Two winners will be chosen at random on Friday, March 18.
Good Luck!
A Year Of Tori & Holly by Clare Lydon
I’m a romance reader and a romance writer. I love a good swoon, I adore the chase, I’m never happier than when I’m sitting with two women who’ve finally got it together. But the chase only takes you so far. What happens when the dust settles, and all that’s left is two women taking their first stumbling steps into their love story? That’s the question I asked myself at the end of last year. And so, in my capacity as a romance writer, I decided to answer it.
My festive romance All I Want For Christmas dealt with Tori and her search for love. She searched high, she searched low, and it turned out the answer was in front of her face the whole time in the form of (spoiler alert!) her best mate Holly. So they got together, and sailed off into the festive sunset.
The end.
Only, it wasn’t.
Because for 2016, I decided to do something a little different with some of my romance offerings: I decided to follow Tori & Holly’s journey over the course of a year, charting their romance from Day 1 to Day 365. During this time, they’re going to hit a number of landmarks (Valentine’s, birthdays, Pride, weddings), they’re going to have rows, make up, deal with each other’s families and life stresses. But all the while, they’re also dealing with real-life romance and love. Sticky, rich, oily love.
I’m charting their relationship in a series of linked novellas through the year: All I Want For Valentine’s, All I Want For Spring, All I Want For Summer and All I Want For Autumn, and I’ll be tying the whole series up with a full-length novel at the end of the year. It’s now March, and the next slice of Tori & Holly – All I Want For Spring – is due out on March 18th.
I hope you join Tori & Holly for the journey, and that you enjoy reading their story as much as I’m enjoying writing it. After all, penning the All I Want series is akin to writing a soap opera, and I’ve always been a huge fan of those! And in the grand tradition of all great soaps, you can expect high drama, hot love, humour and cheese. As with all my books, I deal in equal parts romance and comedy. Witty banter is standard, starry-eyed schmaltz encouraged.
I’ve got to go now, as Tori & Holly are calling. I’m writing their summer exploits as I type – let me tell you, Pride will never be the same again…
Clare Lydon’s All I Want For Spring is out on March 18th. Read All I Want For Christmas and All I Want For Valentine’s in preparation! Find out more at: http://www.clarelydon.co.uk

I’m just so happy the long, dark winter is over. The ducks should be flying back to New England from their vacation in the South. The crocuses are starting to pop up and Spring is in the air. (And, sadly, so are ticks & fleas. That’s the way the cycle of life flows!)

This is a great idea! Also all I want for spring is to watch everything come out of winter hibernation and turn green and pretty again along with warm weather!

This sounds like fun. I always like to know there is more to a lovely couple than just a walk into the sunset. I do hope you will think of putting all the novellas together into a paperback though, some of us lack the ability to e-book and I would really hate to miss part of their story. Keep the romance and the laughs coming, love it all.
