Post-Hootenanny Recovery Time

Hi, all. Thanks so much for joining us during the Hootenanny.

As is customary, Women and Words shuts down for a bit (not too long; there will be some blogs posting that we already scheduled) to clean up and regroup (LOL). And yeah, sleep a little. Maybe.

So we’ll see you back here at which point Jove and I will continue with our usual happy fun times. There is no Women and Words podcast this weekend, as the Hootenanny took up all our space, but we are planning to resume regular podcasting next week. You can find the podcast by clicking on the little banner thingie to the right, there, or HERE.

So to all of you, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Solstice. And if you don’t commemorate any of those, Happy Hootenanny, Happy New Year, and Happy December! See you soon!

  1. Thank you for another wonderful year of hootenanny shenanigans! Have a safe and wonderful holiday season, we’ll see you on the flip side.

  2. Andi and Jove thank you so very much for a smashing Hootenanny! I enjoyed your daily Christmas poems and was lucky enough to win two weeks during your 12 day giveaway. I wish you a wonderful and relaxing holiday and best wishes for 2017. All the best, Jules.

  3. Another awesome Hootenanny! Enjoy your holidays and get some rest! Thanks for organizing this, it’s a great thing for the authors, publishers, and readers!

  4. Thank you all at Women and Words for everything you brought us throughout the year in 2016. Have a great and safe holiday and get some rest.

  5. Happy holidays to you both and your families.
It is Christmas Night here in Australia so it’s all over bar the sleeping, a good day was had by both of us here in our home, hope yours is just as great.

  6. Tucker, I already miss you so much. Thank you so much for the books.
I hope all the writers here are having a very sound rest, but I also hope you return soon. I think my 2017 goal is to wake up and check Women& Words every morning and leave a comment. You all became my invisible friends and family over the Hootenanny this year! I can’t wait to see what’s in store (here in the safe place) for the new year!
